When you contact our Customer Services team we collect the information you enter on the form - your name, email address, postal address, and details of the game and your message.

Your personal data submitted through the form will be collected by a third-party company (our agent) operating on our behalf. Your personal data will not be shared with any other organisation (other than our agent). Your personal data will be kept by our agent for a period of no more than 1 year. We may keep your personal data beyond 1 year where we judge that the issue you have raised might involve legal proceedings (for example if your issue relates to personal injury, property damage or fraud). In that case we will only keep your data for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with the legal proceedings.
