When you contact our Customer Services team we collect the information you enter on the form - your name, email address, postal address, and details of the game and your message.
Your personal data submitted through the form will be collected by a third-party company (our agent) operating on our behalf. Your personal data will be exclusively used for resolving the issue(s) raised by you and for no other purpose. Your personal data will not be shared with any other organisation (other than our agent). Your personal data will be kept by our agent for a period of no more than 1 year. We may keep your personal data beyond 1 year where we judge that the issue you have raised might involve legal proceedings (for example if your issue relates to personal injury, property damage or fraud). In that case we will only keep your data for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with the legal proceedings.
We use the Facebook Pixel on our website. We use this to show relevant Facebook adverts to our site visitors based on the games they have viewed on the site.
The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with their Data Usage Policy.
Please see our separate site terms and conditions.
